I focused on producing videos and imagery for career marketing at the company and aiding in the general strategy for social media channels. I even had an opportunity to work on marketing strategy for the Oscar-winning film, "Soul."

Upon entering the Global Marketing team, I was able to begin creating high-quality content for talent acquisition immediately. Over time, I expressed interest in web development, aided in Disney Career's homepage design, and helped promote the Summer 2019 college program. Eventually, needs shifted, and work was required for the Disney+ application and various newly acquired company areas. My team and I also had an opportunity to build one campaign for the "Soul" movie.

Results
The company saw a 10% increase in College Program recruitment and a 134% increase in Disney Career website homepage traffic. I completed a record number of projects by a single editor in one day for the Global Marketing Dept. (14). I created 1452 pieces of content for the department prior to my departure, and we saw as high as an 11% increase in social media reach during my tenure.
